  RUM FLAVORED CIGARS

Rum is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane by-products such as molasses and sugarcane juice by a process of fermentation and distillation. The distillate, a clear liquid, is then usually aged in oak and other barrels. Almost all rum is aged in used oak barrels that once held whiskey or bourbon. Aging can last from one to thirty years or more, making rum one of the most varied of the distilled spirits. During the aging process the rum acquires a golden color that changes to a dark brown with time.
When smoking most rum flavored cigars you will notice a sweet taste and hints of molasses. The smoke tends to have a silky smooth body. Rum flavored cigars are not very aromatic, but do pack a nice flavor!
