ACID CIGARS

Acid cigars are one of the most unique cigar brands on the market today.  They are made by Drew Estates in Esteli, Nicaragua and have become tagged as the “Rebirth of the Cigar”.   Their flavor infusion process renders the cigar unique, a smoking experience like no other.

The standard “nutty”, “woody” and “coffee” descriptions are impossible to use for this cigar line.  Even the standard cigar flavor wheel is not helpful.  Incense, Old Spice, and sweet cloves perhaps!  Yes, they are that unique!

The flavor of these cigars is actually nothing like anything else you ever tasted.  The best description would be smoking a medium bodied cigar laced with natural floral/spice incense.  It is no wonder because Acid cigars are all-handcrafted using the world's finest tobaccos with over 140 botanicals, herbs and essential oils to produce their unusual flavor.

The Acid Blue and the Acid Gold/Yellow are mainly flavored with natural herbs.  Many have described them as having a clove or spice taste to them.  The Acid Red and Acid Purple have more of a floral / botanical taste.

The Acid cigar line is well constructed and has a very easy draw.  For the most part the cigars have a medium body when smoked and produce a nice solid ash.

Overall, the Acid line of cigars is either something you will either really enjoy, or really hate.   There is no middle ground with them due to their extreme herbal flavoring.  If you never tried them before and want to give them a go, we highly recommend starting off with the Blue or the Purple.   Those are the top selling blends and it would be a great starting point to see if you will like the rest of their cigar line.
